For too long, sailing education has been stuck in a dry, sterile, curriculum-obsessed past. We saw the gap: on one side were the “party boats”—fun, but often unskilled and risky. On the other were the legacy schools—skilled, but frankly, a bit boring and stiff.
Sailing Virgins is the “Blue Ocean” in between.
We believe that the best way to learn is through immersive, athletic experiences. We don't just teach you to pass a test; we teach you to take the helm of your own life.

From the Flotilla to the Academy
Our story didn't start in a dusty classroom; it started on the wildest flotillas in the world. Our founders and instructors spent years skippering for The Yacht Week, managing high-maintenance guests and keeping boats safe in the tightest Mediterranean quarters.
We realized our guests didn't just want to ride along—they wanted to be the Captain. We took that high-energy, socially-calibrated DNA and combined it with the rigorous standards of the American Sailing Association (ASA) to create the world's leading Adventure Academy.
